client bank connectivity

client is on QBO.  Bank was connected and working.  Two months ago began disconnecting and reconnecting.

It connects, then disconnects once she starts categorizing transactions.

She disconnected and reconnected, now won't connect?

I understand how important it is to your business to categorize your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Can you specify which bank accounts your client is having issues with? Has there any error message received? This way, I can check and provide you with a solution that works for your situation. 

 

For now, I'd suggest having your client use a private or incognito window. You can utilize these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using.

 

  • For Microsoft Edge and Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.
  • For Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.

 

If the steps above won't work, you can check other supported browsers as alternatives.
