Clover Credit Card POS Merchant Account
I've a couple of questions. Related to my merchant account and my Clover flex and Clover go. We own a rural transportation company in East Texas. To be a little more exact, it is a taxicab service that receives a significant amount of its income through third-party payors; these are generally roadside assistance programs, medical insurance companies, and attorneys needing to get clients to and from appointments or home from a disabled vehicle.
We previously used Square, whose invoicing feature is really nice. We moved to the Clover Flex and Clover Go because of the instability that we experienced with Square. Square had a nice online invoicing system similar to the one that is available through Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus. Since our Clover system provides us with an actual merchant account (through First Data and Card Connect), is there a way to integrate QuickBooks and our merchant account, allowing us to send a QuickBooks invoice to a customer and allowing these payments to process through our merchant account instead of having these payments to process through QuickBooks (the fees through QuickBooks are about three times as much as we are paying through Clover)?

Unrelated question, but I am cross-posting these two questions in the appropriate communities.
Networking. We recently purchased a business-class desktop (Dell) and are moving need files from an older PC that will be sanitized and donated to a worthy cause. Outside of our desktop, we also have a laptop (Lenovo). We would like to set up our desktop to use QuickBooks and store our company files and most of our QuickBooks activities will happen on the Dell. However, when business or life lands us in a hotel or I would like to create and send a few invoices on the couch while watching a ballgame (or really anything but reality TV) is there a way to work on my company file in other locations without the need to pack and transport my company files from PC-to-PC? We do not really have the need to have multiple QuickBook accounts where there are multiple users manipulating QuickBooks company files simultaneously. Do I need to purchase another QuickBooks seat to make this happen?
Note, as per QuickBooks, none of the online versions have the capabilities to handle the unique accounting of our business.
Thanks for reading and responding.
