Connected my bank accounts to QB from Wells, but when asked which accounts to connect, it will ONLY shows my CC and not show my Checking. I have disabled and tried again.

I appreciate the steps you've taken to resolve the issue, hspangler-beachv.

 

If you're using a Wells Fargo Business brokerage account, we recently have an ongoing investigation about this. Our product engineers are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

I'd suggest contacting our Technical Support Team to add you to the user's affected list and investigate the issue further. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat.
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

 

If you're not using a business brokerage, the checking should appear to the right company. There might be a connectivity issue when syncing your bank account to QBO. Please check with your FI to see if there can be an issue from their end. Once confirmed, you may add it again and ensure to select the right account.
