Hey there, @MrTim2.

It's my pleasure to show you how to transfer your money from your QuickBooks Cash account to your bank account.

All you need to do is connect the bank account to QuickBooks Cash and then transfer the money you'd like.

Here's how:

Step 1: Connect a bank account to QuickBooks Cash

  1. Go to the Cash Flow tab on the left-hand menu bar.
  2. Select Transfer and then select to transfer money between your accounts. You won't transfer money yet, we just need to start the connection.
  3. Select Add a bank.
  4. Enter your bank's name and choose your Account Type.
  5. Type in your account number and routing number.
  6. Hit Next when ready.

QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next 3 days. After you get the confirmation email, come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.

Step 2: Transfer money out of your QuickBooks Cash account

  1. Go to the Cash Flow tab on the left-hand menu bar.
  2. Select Transfer money and then Move money between your account.
  3. Enter the amount to move from your QuickBooks Checking account.
  4. In the From field, pick your QuickBooks Checking account.
  5. In the To field, select the (+). Choose your connected bank account.
  6. Tap Finalize Transfer when ready.

Additionally, you may change the bank account QuickBooks deposits payments into.

If you have any other concerns about using your QuickBooks Cash account, don't hesitate to ask. I'm only a post away if you need me. Take care!
