Constant disconnection for my Stripe accounts
Hello,
The bank connection for my Stripe accounts keeps getting disconnected. We previously discussed this issue, and the case number is 15129399878.
Every time the connection is lost, we ask the company owner to reconnect it. He does so, but it disconnects again the next day.
Since he is constantly traveling and attending meetings, I am not always able to get support. He is also becoming frustrated with this recurring issue.
When we opened the case, you requested to be contacted by the company owner. However, due to his busy schedule, this is not possible.
Could you please guide us step by step on how we can permanently resolve this issue? This way, I will request support from the company owner as needed.
