Converting from QBSE to QBO

Hello. I am really new to QBO and I have so many questions. I would really appreciate any help I can get.

1. How long does it take for receipts that I have emailed to QBO to show up?

Hi there, @Hellfire.

 

Congratulations on your upgrade! This is the place to get the answers you're looking for. The Community is here to help you get started with your new QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Forwarded receipts will show up right after sending them to QBO. Sometime, it may take a few minutes for QuickBooks to process them. You can find them under the For Review tab.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Head to the Banking menu and then Receipts.
  2. Under the For review tab, review receipts in process.
  3. QuickBooks automatically pulls dates, amounts, vendor, and last four digits of the credit card from the image. Review them to make sure they're categorized correctly.
  4. Select Save and next or Save and close.

Thanks for the reply. I had to call tech support, and after 2.5 hours, they finally figured out how to fix the issue.
