Welcome to the Community, @Jane11_2. Thank you for getting in touch with us.

If you're referring to the rejected tax payments in QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can resubmit them after deleting or voiding the tax payments.

Here's how to delete a tax payment:

  1. Select Taxes, then Payroll tax.
  2. Click Payment history.
  3. Select the tax payment you want to cancel or delete.
  4. Select Delete from the Edit dropdown menu. To confirm, click Yes.

Take note that you can't delete a tax payment if you use QuickBooks Online Payroll with automatic tax payments and form filings turned on. However, you can get help resubmitting your tax payments by contacting our payroll support.

You can check this article for more detailed steps and information: Cancel payroll tax payments and forms.

If you need to review the status in QuickBooks Online Payroll, please see this article: Check e-file and e-pay status in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Furthermore, if you're referring to your QBO subscription payment, you should double-check your credit card information. If your card was declined, you'll be notified via email that the payment did not go through because of the card's status. You can visit this article to know the possible reasons why credit cards get declined: Credit card declined for QuickBooks Online subscription.
