Welcome to the Community, mosch. I'll share details about the possibility of missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Beforehand, I'd like to know where you see these balances—are they from your QuickBooks or Bank balance? Keep in mind that your QuickBooks balance is affected by all your transactions in the account register. While the bank balance is solely determined based on the transactions on the bank feeds.

From which section are you referring that your transactions are missing? Is this from your bank feeds or bank register? If the transactions are available in your bank register, they could have already been categorized in your bank feeds. In most cases, especially when you have set a bank rule for your bank transactions, this will be automatically categorized for you depending on its details.

To check, we can go over to your bank feeds and check what happened:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Since the following transactions aren't on your For Review tab, let's move forward to your Categorized section.

We can also check your audit log report to see if someone has touched your data and categorized it themselves. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings, and select Audit log.
  2. Select the appropriate UserDate, and Events filters from the Filter drop-down menu.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Locate the deleted transaction.
  5. Click the View button under the History column.
  6. Under the Event column, you'll find all the information you need for the transaction.

You can check out this article for more details: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, you can check out this resource to guide you in reconciling your account. This way, we can ensure your book’s accuracy: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

I encourage you to post back to this thread if you need further assistance with your bank transactions. I’m always here to help. Take care!
