Question

Currently, QB does not give me the 'Save' button on any transaction? It also has removed the ability to void or delete transactions?

Good to see you here in the Community, @Cheryl0125.

Usually, this error occurs when there's too much cache in the browser. To fix this, I suggest logging into your QuickBooks account through a private browser. This will help us determine if the problem is related to the browser's settings. And, private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Once logged in, try to save your transaction again. If it works using the private browser, go back to your main browser and perform a clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. For your reference, you may check out this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. If not, use another supported browser as alternatives.

After fixing the issue, you might want to check out the reports you can run in QuickBooks Online. They can show you a detailed view of your transactions and cash flow easily.

I'm always here to listen if you have other QuickBooks concerns. Just post a reply below. Take care.
