Cust needs to be refunded on his credit card, when I go to my merchant transaction to refund it doesn't show up. His account said it was received though. Need help.

Need to refund customer on credit card, acct shows it was received and it did show it was processed the day I took the credit card. In the merchant transactions and deposits it doesn't show it  went through. How to verify this did go through and if it did not why is it still showing on the customers account?

To verify a few things, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can review this further with you. Since this is a public platform, I'm unable to review your account on the back end to clarify information. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and tap Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
