Customer paid with a credit card why is the money not instant deposit into our bank account

I'd like to share some information about when QuickBooks deposits your customer payment.

If you just signed up for a QuickBooks Payments account, we'll deposit your first set of payments (sometimes referred to as batch) within 5 business days. This is set everything up for your account so that next time we make a deposit it'll be much faster.

Here's how you can check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
3. Choose Account and settings.
4. Click on the Payments tab.

You should see the your current deposit speed in the Deposit Speed section.
