customer payment - warning message

odd. when i open receive payment, i am getting a warning about the bank and the function does not open. what is that all about? chris

    Hi there, Chris.

     

    Let's run some steps to isolate what causes the warning message. Before doing so, can you tell me the exact message you get on the Receive payment page?

     

    In the meantime, let's open QuickBooks on a private window. In this page, we can identify if the warning is cause by a browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
    • Safari: Command Shift N

     

    If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issue on the opened pages.

     

    We can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
