Welcome to the QuickBooks Community!m I will be happy to help you here. Let's go ahead and test to see if this is browser-related. For the first step, let's go ahead and open a private browser. This assists with blocking cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues. Here are some shortcuts below:

• Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
  

If this corrects the issue, this means your cache needs to be cleared. Clearing the cache will remove corruptions from frequent page visits, allowing the page to load a clean copy. For Chrome, here's how to do it:

1. Select the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Click More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Choose Clear data.
