I'll share some information about your deposits that aren't showing and help ensure that you'll see them, tylermoody.

If you're referring to your deposits that aren't showing in your banking feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO), let's manually update the banking page to download the most recent deposit transactions. Follow the steps below to proceed:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, and select the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the Bank transactions tab.
  3. Click the Update button.

Moreover, you can sign in to your bank’s website to check if there's an issue on their end. Once you're signed in, you'll want to review the following:

  1. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website, as these can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  3. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

If everything is fine, go back to QBO and manually download your transactions again. You can also visit this article for more details about this process: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Nonetheless, can you please share with us the name of your financial institution? This way, we can better check if there's an ongoing issue with it.

However, if you mean the deposit from merchant services isn't showing, you can visit this article for more information on how you can see them: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me again if you have any concerns or questions about QBO. Just add the details, and I'll help you out. Stay safe!
