The payments are not coming to the account

Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, Leanica Designs.

 

If you notice a recent payment you accepted through QuickBooks Payments is on hold, it means Intuit needs to review your payment. These reviews are performed periodically to make sure everything's alright. They benefit everyone involved in the payment process.

 

You can sign in to your Merchant Service Center to check the statuses of payments. If you see the word "Withheld" in a transaction's Method column, it means that particular payment is held for review.

 

Any time a review occurs, you'll also receive emails from Intuit. These emails will detail what's happening and what's needed from you to help our review.

 

If you'd like to discuss the review with our Customer Care team, you can get in touch with them while using QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.


     
  2. Click Contact Us.


     
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.


     
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
