I never received an email that quickbooks sent

In this situation, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can access your account in a secure environment and determine the root cause of the funds on hold. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
