Let's sort this out and show the deposit to the correct bank.
You can check your bank account statement to make sure you can record the deposit to the correct bank register. It's also possible that it was recorded as a transfer from the correct bank.
To fix this, you can add this deposit to the register and then edit the transaction and put it in the correct bank account.
Let me show you how:
On the Banking page, go to the For Review tab.
Click Add/Confirm.
Select Go to bank register.
Choose the added deposit.
Click Edit.
From the Bank Deposit window, choose the correct bank account in the Account drop-down.
