Deposits

We use QB for our 501c3 non profit organization. QB has never caused us issuss until now. Since 2019, we have started having issues with recorded deposits showing back up in the record deposit screen. I have tried to delete them and it looks like I have, but not. I have voided them, but they still show up with the original deposit amount,not zeros. I can't for figure out how to clear them for good. I also have one deposit that shows as a deposit in the sales receipts, but chows up in the check register as a receipt, not a deposit. I cannot get rid of it either. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. We are using QB for non profits 2014.

    Hi, Djeub.

    Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Community. I'll make sure that you can delete the deposit.

    Here's how:

    1. Select Lists at the top menu bar.
    2. Click Chart of Accounts.
    3. Double-click the account.
    4. Double-click the deposit.
    5. If you want to delete a specific payment, select it from the list.
    6. Now click the Edit tab at the top menu bar.
    7. Select Delete Line.
    8. You can select Delete Deposit if you want to delete the entire deposit.
