Let me help you record your deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

1. Click + New.
2. Select Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account ▼ drop-down list, choose the account you want to put the money into.
4. Enter the details from the Add funds to this deposit section.
5. Click Save and close.

If you're not sure what account to use under the ACCOUNT column, please reach out to your accountant. They can guide you in choosing the right accounts and making sure your books are accurate.
