hoping someone can help. I was on the phone today with quickbooks payment support about my account for over an hour and we cannot figure this out.

Recently I had to change our deposit account from our checking to our savings account.

Our customer pay ACH payments via bank transfers through intuit. These deposits have gone into our checking account as the EXACT amount the customer has paid for years now. The quickbooks fee would then come out separately. This would make it easy for me to match payments under the banking tab because the deposits in the bank matched the deposits in quickbooks.

Our quickbooks stopped depositing funds into our checking account because they said our bank stopped payment on a deposit. Therefore that haulted a large amount of ACH payments from coming through. We are waiting on a letter from the bank stating this issue is rectified before quickbooks will allow the payments to go back to our checking account.

In the meantime, I switched the deposits to our savings account so that we could receive the funds that were pending. However, these payments got deposited with the Intuit fees already deducted from the total amounts of each deposit. For example someone sent $2000.00, quickbooks charged $7.00 so the amount that was deposited was $1993.00.

Now under the banking tab when I go to match the funds, none of them will link and match up with payments made by customers because the amounts are different from what they sent us.

How can I fix this to have the fees separated like it once was before?
