deposits already deposited but still un undeposited

Let's work together in fixing your issue today. Fixing this depends on how these transactions were deposited. 

You can open the original deposits that these transactions were supposed to go to and add the payments and delete the manual item. 

Another way around is to make a giant deposit and drop down a line then enter your income account with a minus amount of the total deposit to clear them. Your net deposit will be zero,

Either of these two processes works in not showing the deposit in the undeposited funds. However, I recommend asking guidance to your accountant in doing this for accuracy purposes.
