Question

Deposits are on hold, I had the settings set to QuickBooks checking account deposits instead of my bank. Deposits have been on hold for 2 weeks now.

Normally, you'll get an email and give you steps to fix any issues. Most of the time, you'll be ask to send more information so we can complete our review. It usually take two business days to completely review the information.

 

I'd suggest reaching our Payments Team to help you check your account and assist you further regarding the deposits.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat to speak with a real-time support.

I have called the support team and they didn't know what was going on either.
