Deposits finding matches

In reconciling my bank account three deposits, that I used "find match" don't show up in my register correctly, the deposit is showing broken down by the matches has anyone seen this before?

I understand the importance of matching bank transactions and deposit to your business. Currently, we have an ongoing investigation that doesn't let the deposits show on your bank register. Rest assured, that our engineering team is aware of this top-priority investigation and is working on this diligently.

 

I recommend you contact our Customer Care Support team so they can add you to our notification list of the affected customers and notify you for updates via email.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.
