Deposits not cleared in QBO

Hi there, DIETRYING.

I'm here to help you clear deposits in QuickBooks Online. You can manually change the status of those deposits to C. Doing this will clear your transactions.

Here's how:

1. Go to Accounting from the left menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account where you deposit the funds, then click View Register.
3. Locate the deposit and open it You should see the status being displayed like this.
4. From the checkmark ✔ column, click the box until the letter "C" appears. This C is representing that the transaction was cleared.
5. Click Save.

Always check your transactions to ensure your accounts are balanced and accurate. To do this, you'll want to reconcile your bank accounts. Doing this will help check if transactions in QuickBooks matches with what you have on the real-bank account.
