Deposits not posting to account need help!

I can show you how to get your deposits post to your account, depeabody.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Payments and it's your first time to process payments, the first few payments take a bit longer to process while we set everything up. We'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. If you see the Withheld status in the Method column of your Merchant Services account, we're reviewing your customer deposits. 

 

If you're referring to bank deposits that are missing in your bank feeds, we can manually download them to refresh the connection. Let me show you: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and then click Banking.
  2. Select the bank.
  3. At the upper-right, click Update.

You can also check your bank's website if there is ongoing maintenance that's causing the deposits not to show on your account as usual.
