Deposits not showing up in bank account

Hi there, zionbuilders2017.

If you are referring to Merchant payments, they would normally be deposited into your bank account in 2-3 business days. If you've just started using our Merchant service, it may take 5 days to receive the payment.

If weeks have gone by and you still not receive the payments, please contact our Support team so they can check this for you:

1. Click on Help and click the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter something like check merchant payment statuses and click Continue.
4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
