It's nice to have you in the Community, @9130346604825926. I'm happy to address your concern about deposits show more than the actual bank account.

When QuickBooks Online downloads your bank transactions, we don’t have a control of what are being downloaded. There are times that the system can download duplicate or personal transactions associated to the account.

We exclude transactions that are duplicates or unnecessary to avoid them from being added to your QuickBooks register. They might cause the balances to be incorrect.

Here’s how to exclude a downloaded transaction:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu, then select the Banking tab.
  2. Select the For Review tab.
  3. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  4. Select Exclude.

Otherwise, if you’ve accidentally excluded transactions that are part of your bank statement, here’s how to undo it:

  1. From the Banking page, go to the Excluded section.
  2. Select the transactions you want to undo.
  3. Select Undo.

These transactions will go back to the For Review section. From there, you can already categorize the bank transactions.

Furthermore, I've included this article so you'll have a guide when you start reconciling the account in QBO.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions about your bank transactions. Have a good one!
