Dime business banking online plus account not able to connect to quickbooks

We have a bank account with BNB Bank and recently they merged with Dime Savings Bank. Since then, they've changed the way we log in and now we no longer can log in through QBO to get the bank feed. I have tried to change the bank to Dime Savings Bank to log in but it doesn't work. It appears that when I am at the bank website, we are logging in via a different portal than the original Dime customers and therefore when I try to connect Dime bank on QBO, I am not able to get in. Has anyone had that problem and if so, what have you done to resolve this issue?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to get logged into your bank account through QuickBooks Online so you can view your bank feed.

 

In this situation, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools, such as the ability to screen share, to take a closer look at your account to determine what's causing the issue. They'll also be able to get this escalated for you if necessary. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.
