Do I need to enter every month's fee separately? or can I just put the total amount of money I paid for the year in one transaction?

I can provide some insights about recording the month's fee, @mrkita-reece.

 

Entering the fee depends on how you'll record it in QBSE or when the transaction will be posted from your bank. However, it is better to enter it monthly to categorize this to the correct accounts. 

 

If you're still unsure, I highly recommend seeking help from your accountant. This way, they can guide you on which category to select based on the recording practices and business needs.
