Do they changed the feature of bank transaction? It used to be review and add, but now review and confirm for bank transaction?

Welcome to the Community. I can provide some clarification about the feature in QuickBooks Online.

Yes, there are changes to the Banking feature. These improvements will help users categorize or match transactions easier.

You can click the Review button to categorize, match, or record a transaction as a transfer (see screenshot below).

If transactions are showing the correct details, you can select the Confirm button. This will move them to the Categorized tab.
