Does anyone else get what I call phantom trips? I was in bed by 8:30 last night and the app says I made several trips to a specific area.

I have some information to share with you to get this resolved, @jacifrederic-yah.


You can uninstall then reinstall the app to start in a clean slate. This helps fix the issue that can be caused by cached data.


If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team. With their tools, they can determine the cause of this odd behavior.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. Type or say, “Talk to a human.”
  3. Select your preferred support method.
