Does anyone else have trouble getting Bank of Hawaii downloads into Quickbooks on line? Was working fine until this month.

Before we start, bank error 185 usually occurs when your financial institution requests more information when entering your credentials. Usually, you'll be prompted to provide a one-time password (OTP) or answer security questions. 

In the meantime, try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private window. Use either of these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window, depending on your browser:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

Alternatively, use another supported, up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

Yes, Andy. The mentioned investigation above has already been resolved. Since you're still experiencing this issue, we can perform some steps to fix this. 

If you received an error or don't see transactions within the Transactions menu, it's best to re-authenticate your connection. This will refresh your connection, allowing the impacted account to resume downloading transactions into QuickBooks.

Kindly follow these steps:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Transactions menu then select Bank transactions. 
3. Select Update.
4. If you still see the error, look for a banner on the Banking page. Select Check connections link and follow the steps to fix the issue.
