Does anyone else have trouble with reps changing there info and misplacing there money on purpose so they cant deposit on quickbooks online?

Well ive got screenshots and recordings of my things being changed around with the rep assisting me to do the wrong things and also changing them while on the phone. Anyone else?

For the time being, based on our record, there's no related issue about QuickBooks representatives changing or misplacing customers' info while on the phone. Everything that they do has permission to resolve customers' concerns and complete their tasks.

 

If that isn't the case, then I encourage you to contact our support (again) via phone and ask to talk to someone in a higher position, like a supervisor. This way, they can address your concern related to agents changing your info.

 

If you have concerns about your deposits, I'd like to ask for more details about them. This helps me in providing you with the info you need and guide you with its appropriate fix.
