Does anyone have a good experience with the Quickbooks cash/ debit card? I never received card, apparently my contact info doesn’t match up not able to contact a human

Once you've signed up for QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Cash and was approved to have a QuickBooks Cash account. There is a 3 to 5 business day time period to receive your QuickBooks Debit Card via mail. 

If it's been more than 5 days from the date of your account approval, I recommend reaching out to our Payments Support team to follow up on your debit card. This will require personal data that we can't request here in the Community in checking your account.
