Does anyone have a problem seeing the save button on the screen?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Let's work together to get a better understanding of why you're having trouble seeing your save button in QuickBooks Online. 

 

To clarify a few details, I'll be asking you the following questions: 

 

  • Where are you having trouble seeing your save button? (invoice, bill, deposit, etc.)
  • Are you unable to see all save buttons on every feature in the system or just the one time? 

 

Note: If you have a screenshot, attach it to your new response. 

 

Before answering those questions, please try the steps below using a private browser or incognito window to help narrow down the cause of the problem: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I suggest using another browser.
