Question

Does anyone know how to download more than 24 months of transaction history from Chase Business? I know there are statements but they are not loadable on Quickbooks.

Thank you for posting here in the Community, userjoy.

QuickBooks Online will only download 90 days by default. If you want a longer period, you can download the file from your bank website and import it.

Let me show you how to manually upload transactions in QuickBooks Online.

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select Upload transactions.
  3. Select Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Next.
  4. In the QuickBooks account ▼  dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Next.
    If you're new to QuickBooks, you may not have an account to upload the transaction into. IIf you don't see one, select Add New from the dropdown to create a new bank account.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
  6. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next.
  7. Select Yes.
  8. When you're ready, select Let's go.

I've got some resources that you might need for additional information on how how to use Online Banking, Connect Bank Accounts, and Review your Bank Feed in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have any follow-up questions about the bank feeds. I'll be around if you need help.

@userjoy

Utilize a converter app to import the bank statement file in PDF format.
