Congratulations on successfully transferring your data from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Kim.

I have some ideas on how to get around this issue and reconcile your account in QBO.

Some information may not be transferred when you move your data to QBO. This is due to import restrictions and feature differences that aren't exported between the two files. To learn more about this, you can read through this article: What to expect when you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

What we're gonna do is to compare the Profit and Loss and Balance sheet reports of your QBDT and the OBO. If there are missing transactions, you'll have to add them manually to the system. After that, you can continue to reconcile your account. In case you run into some issue during the process, you can use this link for reference in handling the situation: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Also, I'd suggest working with your accountant for guidance and to ensure the accuracy of your account after recording this.

Once everything is all set, you might want to utilize these links for guidance in knowing your ways around QBO:

If you have any additional questions about converting your data or reconciling your account, please let me know. I'm always ready to help you. Have a lovely day!
