I can share some information about re-connecting your bank account in QuickBooks Online, gtacontractors1-.

 

You can reconnect it to your Banking menu. I'll show you how to do that.

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu, and then,  click Banking.
  2. Select the Link account button and choose Connect to a different bank or Connect a bank.
  3. Enter the name of the website of the financial institution you'd like to reconnect.
  4. Look for the exact bank by using the scroll button.
  5. Input your bank credentials.
  6. Select Connect.
