Does anyone know how to reset the sharing of data from Chase to quickbooks?

I deleted accounts and then went back to re-link but Chase has locked the accounts saying they are already sharing that data.

Hello @romazicon,

Good work on disconnecting and reconnecting your account in QuickBooks Online banking to establish a new connection so you can start downloading your transactions from scratch.

Ideally, all data of your transactions downloaded into QuickBooks is dependent on the information shared by your financial institution. With this. I'd recommend reaching out to them so one of their specialists can help you determine and understand the message in question.

In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can work with your account in online banking: Connect your American Express Business account to QuickBooks Online.

On top of that, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Banking for QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.
