Question

Does anyone know why I am not able to see my bank transactions even though the bank is linked?

New company but my second one through QuickBooks.  I had no issues with the other company connecting. Account is linked.  Bank Transactions page keeps asking to connect account.

Let's bring those bank transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @titan11_2.

You can manually update your bank account in QuickBooks Online to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks so transactions will show up.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Hover your mouse to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  3. Click on the bank account then, select Update.

If you've updated your bank details in QuickBooks manually but still have the same issue, there may be an interruption in the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Contact your bank to check for any ongoing maintenance causing the interruption.

Thank you for your reply. I have called QuickBooks and the issue is more than I can resolve and their IT team is working on it. I worked through all the actions with QuickBooks and verified banking is linked but just no transactions.

I am having the same issue, it shows that my bank checking account is linked, but I don't see it in online Quickbook bank transactions after several times clicking refresh.

Any other tips?
