Does anyone know why it shows that I have 164 transactions for review, but only 20 are showing up?

I can tell why transactions are showing up on the For review tab, bveftreas.

 

This happens if transactions are stuck in the background while QuickBooks is still downloading them. To find out the main cause of this, you can manually update the connection.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.

 

Once done, compare downloaded transactions from your bank statement with the ones on QuickBooks. Then, categorize, match, and add them to your register.

 

Also,  please check if someone accidentally clicks the Undo option under the Categorized tab. Doing this will put transactions back to the For review tab.
