Being able to access the App Transaction screen seamlessly is vital in business recording, Ginger. I'm here to provide steps you can perform and details about this.

We've received similar cases regarding the issue of the App transactions screen disappearing after a few seconds. With that said, I recommend contacting our Phone support team so they can gather additional data and further investigate the behavior.

Also, let's ensure that you're using a compatible device and browser to run QuickBooks Online (QBO). Refer to this article for guidance: System requirements for QuickBooks Online products.

Moreover, you can also perform some troubleshooting steps to sort out the issue. Let's start with accessing your account via an incognito browser to have a clean slate. This does not store cache files that might cause odd behaviors when running web-based apps.

Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

When done, open the App transactions page and check if you can now see it without issue.

Additionally, it's also easy to import your bank or credit card transactions manually in QBO. To do so, refer to this guide: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

For any concerns you may have about managing your transactions using QBO, just post a reply below. We're always here in the Community to help. Take care.
