Hi there, @starcitywelding. I'd like to provide some information on why some of the bank transactions don't upload in QuickBooks Online.

The transactions that are added to your account are based on the information that your financial institution provides. Usually, QuickBooks uploads your historical data up to the last 90 days.

You'll want to get the recent transactions by selecting the bank account tile and clicking on the Update button on the Banking page.

Then, make sure to review the status of the transactions. This helps manage uploaded transactions smoothly. Here's how:

  1. Click on Bookkeeping then select Transactions.
  2. Go to Banking, or go to Bank transactions.
  3. Click on the Banking tab.
  4. Pick tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transactions from.
  5. Check on the: For review, Categorized, and Excluded tab. This helps the transactions to be categorized properly.

Lastly, follow steps 3 and 4 from this module: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online. This guides you to completely upload bank transactions in QBO. In case you still get the same result, I recommend manually uploading transactions in QBO.

See the categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online module to learn more about handling bank transactions in QuickBooks.
