With any QuickBooks Online subscription plans, you're able to connect as many business and personal accounts as you choose.

 

Here's how:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Banking.
  2. If this is the first account you're setting up, click Connect account. In the event its already been created, hit Link account.
  3. Enter your financial institution's name in the available search field. If you can't find it and still want to add transactions, they can be manually uploaded.
  4. Press Continue, then sign in with your account's user ID and password.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps. This can sometimes include security checks if your bank requires them.
  6. Choose which account(s) you want to connect and use the Account type ▼ drop-down list to assign a type that matches your chart of accounts.
  7. Specify how far back you want to download transactions. Some financial institutions allow you to get the last 90 days of history, while others can go back as far as 24 months.
  8. Select Connect.

 

Once an account's connected, you'll be able to download recent transactions and categorize them.
