Does mobile deposit take more than a week?

my mobile deposit check from last week is still not cleared and im wondering why. it’s 2024 it really should be instant. but this long is not workable

I'm here to share some info about the deposit speed when processing payments using mobile check deposits.

 

On average, it can take up to 5 business days to receive your funds and we’ll notify you when the money is in your account. These early deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once everything is set up, we will deposit customer payments much faster.

 

You can also log in to the Merchant Service Center at any time and check the status of your processed payments. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, click Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

 

Please note that successful deposits will show as Funded in the Status column. If there's an issue with a deposit, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned. To review its details, simply select the arrow ▼ in the Fee column. You'll get an email from us with steps to fix the issue.
