does QB support savings accounts

I have balanced all of the transferred bank account except the savings account. The balance transferred but none of the activities. The associated checking account is fine though. Could it just be a delay in transfer from GoDaddy bookkeeping?

Yes, QuickBooks Online supports savings accounts. Since none of the activities are transferred, and the balance together with the associated checking account is fine, I'd suggest opening your account through an incognito window. Thus, it's a great way to isolate browser-related issues. 

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

Once signed in, check if the activities will show up in your savings account. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. If private browsing doesn't work, use another supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.

 

Also, I'd suggest contacting the GoDaddy Support Team and verify if the activities are already transferred since QuickBooks depends on the transactions that shared with us.
