Does quickbooks not send text when setting up bank account? I select my number to get a code, but it doesn't send. when i use teh credit union website it works fine.

I have tried to link a bank account. It takes me to the credit union log in. When i get to the verification method, it asks if i want to send teh code to an email or a phone number. I select my number, but never get a code. When i log in to the credit union website and it asks where i want the code sent, it sends it to my phone number just fine.
