Yes, it does, geoworldusakp.

I'll discuss how this works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO provides information about when a transaction was entered or last modified. One helpful way to keep track of any modifications made and the actions performed is to use the Audit Log feature. This feature provides visibility into the individuals who made modifications and the actions they performed. You can typically find a field that displays the date and time when the transaction was initially created or last modified.

To access this information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  2. In the Event column, click the View hyperlink to show the Transaction History.
  3. It will display the details of when a transaction was created and who edited it.

Check out this article for more details: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Aside from utilizing the audit log, you can also run a Transaction List by Date report and customize it to add the Created ByLast Modified, and Last Modified By columns. I'll show you how to do it.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in a keyword transaction in the Find report by name search field.
  3. Select Transaction List by Date and click it.
  4. Click Switch to classic view.
  5. Click on the Customize button, then Rows/Columns.
  6. Select the boxes Created ByLast Modified, and Last Modified By.
  7. Tick Run report.

Additionally, in QuickBooks Online, you can memorize your report, allowing you to save it with its current customization settings.
