Hi! when I started using Quickbooks, the first month my clients paid, the money arrived in Quickbooks but it was no deposited into my account, it appeared as a pending deposit, the second month they paid and the money was deposited into my account without any problems but the first month's payment is still on hold and they haven't deposited it yet... what should I do to have that money deposited into my account?

I can see the importance of receiving funds immediately, @GreenHouseLands. Having them straightaway can exert more control over your cash flow.

QuickBooks Payments allows you to receive and manage payments within QuickBooks. If you see that a recent payment you accepted is currently on hold, it means we need to examine the payment to ensure that everything is in order. Since it has been over a month since the amount was withheld, it's best to get in touch with our Merchant Services team for further assistance.

The process may need you to provide your confidential information. To maintain your privacy, it’s best to contact them. You can do so by following the steps below within your company file:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. Go to the Search tab, type a word, and click Contact Us at the bottom.
  4. From there, choose a way to connect: You can Chat with us, or get a Callback.
