Welcome to the Community, @rosie-escobarftw. Let's get your transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online.

If you're trying to connect your bank and credit card account to get recent transactions downloaded automatically, follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then select the Banking tab.
  2. Select Connect Account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting.
  3. Search for your bank in the field, then click Continue
  4. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window, then follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.
  5. Choose the bank or credit card accounts you want to connect (savings, checking, or credit card), then select the matching account type from the dropdowns for each account you connect. These are accounts on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
  6. Choose how far back you want to download transactions. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
  7. Select Connect.

You can now review and start categorizing your downloaded transactions

Here's an additional reference in case you'll need some easy steps to refresh your connected bank accounts to get the latest transactions. See Step 2: Download recent transactions outlined in this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online

However, if you're trying to get your transactions into QuickBooks manually, you can check out this help article to get more detailed steps: Manually upload bank transactions.

Please know that I'm always around here to help if you need more assistance in downloading your transactions into your QuickBooks account. Take care.
